TPO Contract Roofing
TPO Roofing Contractor for Commercial Projects & New Builds
A specialist TPO membrane crew for commercial buildings, new builds, developments and re-roofing. We take on the full roof package — with a written scope and a programme you can plan around.
A Specialist Membrane Trade for Commercial Projects
We install TPO membrane roofing as a specialist contractor. Construction companies, developers, roofing companies and commercial building owners bring us in to take the membrane package — the flat and low-slope roofs, decks and complex detailing that need a dedicated welding crew to get right.
For a project manager that means one trade responsible for the whole membrane scope: set-out, material, the field membrane, every penetration and upstand, and the gutters and outlets that make the roof drain. It is quoted in writing and installed to your programme.
We also work directly with commercial building owners and on full re-roofing, so we understand both sides of the job.

Who We Work With
Construction companies
Companies delivering new builds and fit-outs who need a dependable membrane crew to take the roof package.
Property developers
Developers running multi-unit, townhouse and commercial projects where the roof has to pass inspection and last.
Project and site managers
PMs and QS who need a clear scope, a price they can compare, and a trade that turns up when the programme says.
Roofing companies
Roofing firms without an in-house welding crew who need TPO installed as a specialist package.
Commercial building owners
Owners re-roofing commercial and industrial buildings, staged around tenants and daily operations.
Facilities and asset managers
Owners of commercial portfolios re-roofing occupied buildings in stages around their tenants.
Project Types We Take On
- New build flat and low-slope roofs
- Commercial and industrial developments
- Multi-unit and townhouse developments
- Residential developments and additions
- Full re-roofing over failed membranes
- Large flat and low-pitch roof areas
- Podium decks, balconies and terraces
- Complex membrane detailing packages

What the Membrane Package Covers
The field membrane is the easy part. On a real project it is the detailing that decides whether a roof lasts — the penetrations, upstands, flashings and outlets. We take responsibility for all of it.
Site measurement and set-out
Measuring the roof, planning membrane layout so laps run with the fall, and confirming quantities before ordering.
Material coordination
Ordering membrane, insulation, fixings and accessories to suit the programme so material is on site when the crew is.
Hot-air welded seams
All laps welded with hot air, not open flame — safer above occupied space and on timber-framed new builds.
Roof penetrations
Pipes, vents, AC bases, ducting and cable trays flashed and sealed as part of the membrane package.
Upstands and flashings
Parapets, upstands, wall junctions and thresholds detailed so water is kept out of the building envelope.
Gutters, scuppers and outlets
Internal gutters, scuppers and rainwater outlets lined and connected so the roof actually drains.
Coordination with other trades
Working in around framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC so the membrane goes on at the right point in the build.
Handover and documentation
Completed roof walked with your site manager, scope confirmed and warranty documentation handed over.
How We Work With Your Team
From first enquiry to handover, set up so your project manager always knows where the membrane package is at.
- 1
Enquiry and drawings
Send us the plans, roof areas and programme dates. We review the details and flag anything that affects the membrane scope.
- 2
Site measure and scope
Where the building exists or the slab is down, we measure on site. We then set out the membrane scope in writing.
- 3
Quote and programme
A written price broken down by area and detailing, with the dates we can commit to against your programme.
- 4
Material ordering
Membrane and accessories ordered to suit the build sequence so the crew is not waiting on materials.
- 5
Installation
Our welding crew installs the membrane, seams and all detailing, staged around the other trades on site.
- 6
Inspection and handover
The finished roof is checked, walked with your site manager, and handed over with warranty documentation.

TPO Contract Roofing FAQs
Yes. A large part of our work is installing TPO membrane on projects run by construction companies, developers, roofing firms and commercial building owners. We take the membrane roof package, coordinate with the other trades and work to your programme.
Yes. We install TPO on new commercial, industrial, multi-unit and residential builds. Because the seams are hot-air welded rather than torched, the system suits timber-framed new builds where an open flame is a real risk.
Yes. We set out the scope in writing — roof areas, detailing, gutters and outlets, access and staging — so a project manager or quantity surveyor can compare it properly rather than working from a single lump figure.
Yes. We plan the membrane work to sit at the right point in the build and around framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. On staged jobs we keep each completed area watertight before the next is opened up.
We are Auckland-based and cover Auckland routinely, and travel elsewhere in New Zealand for larger projects. Send us the site address and programme and we will confirm what we can commit to.
Yes. We re-roof failed membranes on existing commercial and industrial buildings, staged in sections so the building stays watertight and operating while the work is done.
