What the package covers.
The field membrane is the easy part. On a real project the detailing decides whether a roof lasts, and we take responsibility for all of it.
- Site measure and set-out
- Measuring the roof and planning the sheet layout so laps run with the fall, and confirming quantities before ordering.
- Material coordination
- Membrane, insulation, fixings and accessories ordered to suit the programme, so material is on site when the crew is.
- Hot-air welded seams
- All TPO laps welded with hot air, not open flame. Safer on timber-framed new builds and above occupied space.
- Roof penetrations
- Pipes, vents, plant bases, ducting and cable trays flashed and sealed as part of the package.
- Upstands and flashings
- Parapets, upstands, wall junctions and thresholds detailed to keep water out of the building envelope.
- Gutters, scuppers and outlets
- Internal gutters, scuppers and rainwater outlets lined and connected so the roof actually drains.
- Working around other trades
- Sequenced with framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC so the membrane goes on at the right point in the build.
- Handover
- The finished roof is walked with your site manager, the scope is signed off and documentation handed over.

Yes. We install TPO on new commercial, industrial, multi-unit and residential builds. Because the seams are hot-air welded rather than torched, it suits timber-framed new builds where an open flame is a real risk.
Yes. Send the plans, specifications and roof areas. We set out the scope in writing — areas, detailing, gutters and outlets, access and staging — so a project manager or QS can compare it properly rather than working from a single lump figure.
Yes. We plan the membrane work to sit at the right point in the build and around framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. On staged jobs we keep each completed area watertight before the next is opened up.
