A coastal Auckland property where the box gutter and parapet detail were relined in white TPO membrane. Gutters are where most flat roofs fail first, so the membrane was welded as a continuous run and carried up the parapet walls rather than being joined at the corners.
Scope of work
- Strip out and preparation of the existing gutter line
- TPO membrane laid and hot-air welded through the gutter run
- Membrane dressed up the parapet walls and terminated at the edges
- Outlets and corners detailed to keep water moving to the downpipes
